This is Swing Time Issue #2, Fall 1995, $4.00, very early in the swing revival.

The cover feature is "Hard-Boiled" The Royal Crown Revue Interview, an exclusive up-close with Mando Dorame and Eddie Nichols shot at Bimbo's, the San Francisco art-deco club where the band helped spark the retro-swing scene back in 1989.

Inside it has Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Wally's Swing World and Martinis and Molasses alongside tributes to Gene Krupa, Keely Smith, Helen O'Connell and Tex Beneke, exactly the old-meets new formula that made Swing Time the scene's bible.
